THE CLIENT

Established in 1989, the Downtown Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone (The BIZ) has become the voice of the downtown business community.

Their primary mission is to promote support and advocate for more than 1100 businesses to create a downtoan that is clean, safe and well-connected, where buinesses can thrive, and everyone feels welcome.

The Solution

Because D360 is built exclusively for downtown districts, we were able to implement this off the shelf CRM rather quickly to provide Winnipeg with a beautiful 360-view of their operations. We migrated all of their properties, businesses, contacts, vacancies, and public assets from various documents into one centralized system. Access privileges and visibility help the BIZ to collaborate better, operate more efficiently, and protect their data security and integrity.

  Custom Reports & Dashboards

To better quantify the enormous impact that the BIZ makes on the community, we implemented a series of custom reports and interactive dashboards built for the BIZ to gather insightful information on their operations. These enable them to make more informed, data-driven decisions to serve their community efficiently as well as communicate their successes more effectively to key stakeholders.

  Field Services Desktop & Mobile App (iOS)

Understanding how an app would exponentially streamline their clean and safe team operations, Winnipeg opted to have us develop one for their ambassadors. The simple, user-friendly iOS app helps them log and resolve service requests with the supported photo and location access information. On the backend desktop version, cases are easily logged, assigned and tracked, and for the first time, they are able to report out the breadth of their work to key stakeholders!
